For my work I use DesignSpark Mechanical – thanks to developer for this opportunity. Hi everyone. This video shows an example of creating a gear pair from reference data. Also shows how to work with the library, the ability to add a model to your project and its adjustments and improvements. Just be careful as I did not make calculations for the formation of the correct shape of the tooth. And also be careful when creating chamfers and fillets as the program sometimes creates a random offset surface. And if you create the chamfer or fillet is not happening it means that may prevent these surfaces to create them. These harmful surfaces are only visible when the rib is enlarged.
