Today's upload features the first and only album from Galactic Explorers, a German group that created some of the earliest examples of Berlin-School music in the early 1970's. The band features three synthesists, similar to other progressive electronic groups such as Tangerine Dream and Popol Vuh. The album features three tracks that includes sequences and effects similar to those found in music by Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream. Recently, there was an unusual surge of interest for this album which has led to multiple physical media re-presses from many different record labels. Enjoy! Tracklist: 01: Lunarscape - 00:00 02: Ethereal Jazz - 17:54 03: Venus Rising - 33:32 Lineup: Johannes Lutz - Synthesizers (Minimoog), Hammond Organ Holst Seisert - Synthesizers, Fender Rhodes Electric Piano, Effects Reinhard Karwatky - Synthesizers, Percussion, Electric Organ Toby Hrycek-Robinson - Producer Pixie - Cover Illustration The music and images in this video are not of my belonging.
