Are you wondering how to dry hop? Does your beer taste like sherry or wet cardboard? Maybe it has a stale smell?? That's because the beer has been exposed to oxygen and is now considered oxidised. This likely occurred when you dry hopped your beer. The hop bong attaches to the All Rounder Fermzilla, providing you with the ability to dry hop your home brew, oxygen free during pressure fermentation, otherwise referred to as closed pressure dry hopping. This is perfect for ensuring no oxygen enters the fermenter, eliminating the possibility for oxidised beer. I added 40 grams of Galaxy and Eclipse hops on day two of fermentation using the hop bong. Connect the gas post to your CO2 tank. You only need to add a little bit of gas. Pull the pressure relief valve a few times to allow the CO2 to push out the oxygen, then pull the butterfly valve to drop the hops into your brew.
