Most part of the route is in a good condition and had many bends, ups and downs, a whole lot of greenery and frequent temperature shifts. The area does not have many landmarks and is sparsely populated. The area has some express bus services connecting with Mangalore City. It is especially fun to go along the route during the monsoon season. The weather then, feels extra pleasant.
