Let’s make a double cheeseburger! 1. Set griddle to 400 degrees. 2. Get chopped onions down first as this part takes the longest. Once it starts to caramelize you’re ready for the meats. 3. Get some 4oz 80/20 ground beef patties down on the grill and season with salt and pepper. 4. Next get some yellow mustard and create a spiral so it evenly cooks into the meat once you flip. 5. Once the meat sweats you’re going to flip and get your cheese and fold it 1/5 of the way. 6. Next you’re going to place grilled onions on both patties since it’s extra grilled onions. 7. You’ll finally get some buns down since they toast pretty fast and once they’re ready to rock, place the top bun on one of the patties and set aside the bottom bun to assemble your condiments. 8. PEMDAS. Spread comes first, then pickles since it’s mustard fried, tomatoes, and finally lettuce. If you like chopped chiles they go on after the spread or if you like extra spread, it goes on top of the lettuce. 9. Once this is done, you’ll pull your burgers and wrap them in parchment paper. 10.
