Hey guys, i have received many request on making blazing salvo "viable", so i've tested self-cast version with spell echo / unleash and sadly it SUCKSSSS ! So yeah..CoC with cyclone feels clunky, and since its a "projectile" skill, why not CoC Barrage ? :) Blazing Salvo's AOE damage can overlap, so yes...with COC, ur salvos are spamming like crazy, hitting a target multiple times !
