Music by Desiree Goyette, Joey Scarbury, Ed Bogas Original Broadcast: April 16, 1984 "There's nothing worse than having a dog who isn't a dog." _______________________________ SYNOPSIS Inspired by the Flashdance craze, Snoopy begins leading a double life as a disco dancer. After Snoopy defeats Peppermint Patty at football, he celebrates with a dance party, becoming ("Flashbeagle"). _______________________________ THE SOUNDTRACK Songs were written by Ed Bogas and Desirée Goyette; Goyette sings on the album, alongside Joey Scarbury of "Believe It or Not" fame. The album was produced by Bogas, Goyette, Lee Mendelson and Jymn Magon. Bill Meyers, best known for his work on Earth, Wind & Fire's hit "Let's Groove", did the horn arrangements on some of the songs. This is the complete soundtrack from the film. Since there is no "use" sheet for the music, track names were created from on screen action. I was dismayed at the quality of the music, even though it came from from a 5.1ch source . As a result, certain songs were partially sourced from the vinyl Album, which gave it a much cleaner sound. Those marked "[complete]" are actually slightly longer than the film.
