On March 15, 2001, with the release of their debut creation called Gothic, German developers Piranha Bytes must have not suspected that they created a game that in the future will become truly cult and dear to the hearts of many RPG fans. For more than 20 years, gamers from all over the world have not tired of going through the original trilogy, over and over again discovering the world that has been walked along and across. Gothic inspired a large part of it's fans to various types of creativity: based on the legendary game, fan modifications, machinima, fanfiction and even songs, including in styles popular among the youth, are still being created. In it, we tried to confess our love to Gothic, describing in an original way the features of it's world and presenting the plot (with an emphasis on the second part of the trilogy as the recognized apogee of Gothic history).
