That is a really good question isn't it Alan. I think one of the things that I would say is, look at you. You are seven or eight years post-surgery and actually for most people who are having to contemplate this surgery seeing somebody like you actually is fantastic, years down the line able to have a really good quality of life and I think that is the real thing to focus on that this is life-changing surgery but people can get back to a very good quality of life as you're demonstrating, that you can be positive, that you can really see it as a journey. As I work with people I see some people who they do find things difficult at different times but then I meet them a few months later or a few years later and they they are completely changed. Things have improved for them so I think remembering that things will get better, that it is a journey, that it takes a while but that actually with the right support and accessing all the support that's now available such as this video just really that you can get back to a really good way of life. I would I would like to add to that as well is that what does the future look like it's great because there's no cancer it's and I say to people I'm on the right side of grass, you know the the the question for me but Kathrine, I want to thank you so much i have found this conversation so outward and insightful I really have thank you so much.
