Hey Beautiful! We are late with this, but here's our 4 year post relaxer update! We might not do another update video, mostly because I'm getting disorganized with my pictures LOL! I don't know why, but we are! https://www.facebook.com/AngelsRingle... September marks T's 4 year natural-versary! Celebrate with us as we do a quick review of 4 years (no big chop needed). During her middle school years, T reluctantly had to stop getting her "every 12 weeks" relaxer. Her silly mom quit the relaxer a few months prior (July), and never looked back. Checking out our natural-born hair was the best thing we could have ever done for our hair (as per T & Tia)! First thing we noticed was that the new growth hair was hard and crispy. Very hard to moisturize. That's the way it is for most--no worries. Transitioning hair needs deep conditioning treatments (and some need to balance it with protein). NOTE FROM TIA: I originally posted these updates to inspire and conspire. I say conspire, because we are all working together on the quest to waist length (or some people want even longer lengths) hair! We can do it. I know that together, we can share information on how to treat ever different head of coily hair so that it will grow healthy and retain length.
