(2019) 10/10    • Muhammad Shaikh Lecture | Kya Jibreel fari...   Muhammad Shaikh Lecture | Ummul Qura / Shahron Ki #Maa (2019) 07/10 | Quran kya kehta hai محمد شیخ لیکچر ۔ کیا قرآن کبھی مکّہ اور مدینہ کے عظیم مرد پر نازل ہوا؟ اُمُّ القرٰی دنیا میں مکّہ شہر کوسب جانتے ہیں کیونکہ اسی شہر میں اللہ کا گھر ہے اور دنیا کے تمام مسلمان اسی شہر میں عمرہ اور حج کی ادائیگی کے لئے جاتے ہیں۔ لیکن لوگوں کی اکثریت کو اس بات کا علم نہیں ہے کہ مکّہ شہر کو اُمُّ القرٰی/ بستیوں کی ماں بھی کہا جاتاہے ۔ دنیا میں اس شہر کا کیا مقام ہے اور دنیا کے تمام شہروں کے لئے اس شہرمکّہ کا کیا کردار ہے، محمد شیخ کا یہ درس اسی بات کی وضاحت کرتا ہے اور بہت اہمیت کا حامل ہے۔ Al-Qasas 28 : 44 And you were not with the western side when We completed the order towards Moosa (pbuh) and you were not from the witnesses. Al-Qasas 28 : 45 But We initiated centuries, then long ages passed over them. And you were not dweller / resident in family of Madyan, you recite Our ayaat / signs over them. But We were senders (of messengers). Al-Qasas 28 : 46 And you were not with the side of At-tur / the condition / stage (of the mountain) when We called but it is a mercy from your Lord that you warn people to whom no one had come from warner from before you that they may receive / have remembrance. Az-Zukhruf 43 : 31 And they said why not this Quran is being revealed over a great man from the two cities (i.e Mecca and Madina). Ale-Imran 3 : 96 The first house being placed for people is that with Bakka, of blessing and guidance for all worlds. Al-Asra 17 : 1 Glory to Him (Allah) who traveled with His servant (Ar Rooh / The Spirit) by night from Al-Masjid-e-Haraam / The Forbidden Mosque to Al-Aqsa / the remotest mosque (distant in time, solitary / inconsiderable and isolated) whose surroundings We have blessed so that We show him from Our ayaat / signs. Surely He is the Listener, the One with an insight. At-Tauba 9 : 107 And those (hypocrites) who hold on to a mosque to harm and to reject (i.e. Islam / to attain peace) and to make divisions between the believers and as an ambush (i.e. hidden place for sudden attack), for those (yahood / lenient / jews) who have been waging war from before against Allah and His messenger. And definitely they take oath we intended not but the best.
