Join me today as I create a beautiful French Country inspired vignette using thrifted items. These beautiful DIY projects feature a sweet bird theme that is perfect for your Spring decorating! ~ First, I assemble tart tins, wood candlesticks and used candle jar lids to create risers. Painted in Waverly Chalk Paint in the color Plaster, which I purchase from Walmart. Sealed with Annie Sloan Clear Wax, highlighted with Howard's Chalktique Dark Wax. ~ Thrifted Bird votive holders become mini floral arrangements to perch on top of our newly created risers. ~ An old frame gets a fresh new look with paint and wax. Then multiple stamps create a vintage bird print full of Springtime charm! ~ A lovely teacup becomes a sweet bird nest, finished with a stamped banner, and crinkled seam binding in the most gorgeous shade of blue!
