Railfanning at LA Union Station: F59PHR 868 Spotted, lots of double trains, and more.

Happy New Year. Haven’t touched this channel since the last time I uploaded. That’s because I never really get the chance to go railfanning because of school and other things. That was until I heard that 3 F59PHRs were temporarily back in service so of course I had to go to Union Station to see. When I first arrived I didn’t see any of them, but then when I saw a train pulling in with another train coupled to it, I noticed that one of the locomotives was an F59PHR. So I had to run to the end of the platform to see it. After about half an hour, the Locomotive departed sadly. I actually almost cried when it left because I haven’t seen those locomotives since 2020 and I grew up seeing them a lot so it was kinda emotional. Saw 2 refurbished cars while I was there as well. Along with being able to ride back with the lead locomotive as #926. Hopefully you enjoy the video.
