Over the next couple of days, we have a lot of work to do before dear hubby, and I have to leave for his work. Today is moving cows to rotate pastures and seperate calves that are being weaned, bring momma cows to these pastures from their summer pasture, and move our Herd Bull, Rock. We have a few little farm hands that want to help as well. This is not our first rodeo raising farm kids. But first, I want a healthy breakfast for us, so I am going to open up a jar of my home canned dry packed sweet potatoes and make a quick breakfast hash in one skillet.
