This deck is as toxic as it gets. Worst case scenario for your opponent means simply just passing the turn back to you, unable to do ANYTHING. The way this works is that you activate either Present Card, Disturbance Strategy or Trap Trick & then chain 2 Chimera the King of Phantom Beasts in your opponents standby phase to special summon Protector of the Sanctuary, resulting in your opponent either discarding their entire hand OR shuffling back their entire hand to the deck, unable to draw anything.
