Inner Child Healing - Light Language Transmission

Hello beautiful souls, * Many spiritual, personal development as well as religious teachings speak of the inner child. This energy is mainly connected to our sacral chakra, our ability to cultivate and experience joy, playfulness, creativity, spontaneity and the lightness of being which children seem to effortlessly tap into before the collective, parental and ego domestication or conditioning kicks in. When we experience childhood trauma, were made to feel inadequate, unlovable or were taught that we are not accepted as we truly are, many of us tend to disconnect from this powerful, ever joyous energy. This then leads to a sense of dullness, being overly serious about life, taking things too personal, holding on to grief, sadness, not being able to enjoy life to the fullest and having issues expressing our playful, creative and spontaneous side. By repressing our inner child, we also lose touch with our innocence and the purity of the heart, and can become very distrustful of ourselves and those around us. * When one or more of these blockages are present, we may constantly hear the judgmental voice of our parents, criticizing us and putting us down when we wish to step out of our comfort zone and take a beneficial risk. This is due to the fact that our inner child is still holding on to the trauma and conditioning of the past. I believe that it is an essential part of our healing journey, to heal our inner child, learn to undomesticate ourselves, and work on becoming our own loving parent, that supports our innocent and childlike self with love, compassion and nurturing, the way we may have not experienced growing up. * This transmission will assist you with all of these topics, help heal everything you absorbed from your parents that might have caused a fragmentation, support you in welcoming and becoming one with your inner child once again.
