The European Sleep Research Society (ESRS) and the Australasian Sleep Association (ASA) gathered to deliver this joint webinar on COMISA in Clinical Practice: From Phenotyping to Scalable Digital CBT-I. Co-morbid insomnia and sleep apnoea (COMISA) is increasingly recognised as a highly prevalent condition with substantial clinical impact, often associated with greater symptom burden, reduced quality of life, and more complex treatment pathways. As the evidence base grows, there is a clear need to translate scientific advances into practical, scalable models of care. Chaired by Dr Megan Crawford (UK) and Dr Hannah Scott (AU), this webinar brought together experts from both sides to provide an up-to-date overview of COMISA, including current advances and emerging digital solutions, with a particular focus on scalable digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Speakers and presentations: Dr. Ching Li Chai-Coetzer (AU) — "COMISA: The Current State of Play" Dr. Hennie Janssen (NL) — "Phenotypes in COMISA" Dr. Christoph Schöbel (DE) — "Practical Strategies from a Large Sleep Center" Dr. Alexander Sweetman (AU) — "Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia in people with COMISA"
