The ingredients you will need are: Pumpkin Energy Bites- -1/3 cup pumpkin pureé -1/2 cup nut butter (or sunflower butter for those with allergies) -3/4 cup oat flour -1/3 cup maple syrup -2 tsp pumpkin pie spice -1 tsp vanilla -pinch of salt plus 2 Tbsp white sugar and 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice for the toppings Cornucopia Rolls- -1 cup warm milk (we used soy, but any milk will work) -2 Tbsp white sugar -2 tsp active dry yeast -2.5 cups all-purpose flour -1/2 cup melted butter (we used plant-based, but again, any will work) -pinch of salt -tin foil Fruit Kebab Turkeys- -a red pear -long wooden skewers -at least 5 of your favorite fruits -candy eyeballs (or paper if you don't have any) -a carrot -pretzel sticks
