The creation of the new Mykonos Dove is based on a unique concept which joins the history of Mykonos, its ties to the sacred island of Delos and Modern Greek living all together. The hotel complex consists of 3 primary buildings. Building A, named ‘Σπερμώ’ (seed), is the main portion of the complex, where the reception area and the hotel lobby are located on the ground floor. This leads directly out to the newly renovated beachfront restaurant, which offers exclusive, authentic Modern Greek cuisine. This main building also includes space for a state-of-the-art spa and wellness center on the lower level, plus 13 exclusive, sea view suites on the first floor. Building B, ‘Οινώ’ (wine), will host a total of 10 Greek Luxury suites on the ground and upper floor. Building B overlooks the hotel’s pool and bar area. Building C, otherwise known as ‘Ελαΐς' (olive oil), includes 14 fully renovated double rooms and junior suites on the ground and upper floor. The entire hotel complex is in the process of complete renovation and upgrade to 5 star status. All rooms will include either private pool or hot tubs. The design of the hotel is centered on these principles: 1. Transparency 2. Ethereality 3. Fluidity 4. Transulency, reflection and refraction of light through liquid elements is a repeating theme throughout thepublic and private areas of the hotel. 5. A fusion and merging of the ultra-modern, high technology principles with local, traditional architectural elements of Mykonos, within both the structured and unstructured environment of the island.
