Here is simple workout that requires no equipment with a little taste of common Yoga and CrossFit movements. I gave it a test and took about 6 minutes with a few "good" sun salutations as a warm up and the rest more quickly. There are no variations for the movements shown in the video. Instead you can take the movements at your own speed. You do not need to float for the Sun Salutation and jump for the Burpees if new to them. You can walk your feet out, down and back out instead and as with bringing feet back up. If you are just starting working out, I would suggest only 5-10 of each movement to see how it goes from there. You can always do a second round of the 5-10 reps if feel like you can do more.
