To play, each player starts with seven cards and creates money stacks using those cards. A money stack is made up of two cards that add up to exactly $100. Once all players have built their money stacks, the stealing can begin. At the same time, all players may steal money stacks from any player using the cards in their hands. There are three ways to steal. You may steal a money stack if you have a card in your hand that adds up to $100 when added to the top card of the stack you want to steal.
