His NOLA Style BBQ Shrimp Recipe is featured below : NOLA Style BBQ Shrimp Recipe - By Chef Jaaion Ingredients: 1oz - Canola Oil 1lb - 16/20 tail on shrimp 1 tbl blackening spice mix 2oz dry white wine 2oz Worcestershire sauce 1oz buffalo sauce 2 tbl unsalted butter 1 tbl fresh tarragon 2 tbl diced red peppers ————————————————— Instructions: 1. In a large skillet combine oil, shrimp, spices, and garlic. Sauté med high heat for 1-2 minutes. 2. Then deglaze with wine, reducing by half. Then add Worcestershire, buffalo sauce, reducing mixture by ¼ 3. Next add tarragon, Red peppers, cooking for another 30 seconds. 4. Reduce heat to moderate and stir in butter, a few cubes at a time, stirring constantly and adding more only when butter is melted. 5. Remove skillet from heat. 6. Place shrimp onto a plate and pour sauce over top. 7. Time to eat!
