I love cooking and discovering new things so this is so exciting for me! I'm truly searching nice recipes to make the best food examples and post in here!I don't have any plans on how often I'm going to upload this , but it will be awesome!!! I hope you guys enjoy it! --------------------------------------//------------------------------------------------------//-----------------------------------------------------------//----------------------------------------- Today's Recipe: けいおん!Azusa Fluffy Choco Cake ガトーショコラ Soft chocolate cake melds seamlessly with meltingly silky milk chocolate buttercream and the slightly bitter taste of rich dark chocolate ganache in this decadent dessert… And, while this cake recipe has a lot of steps, it’s certainly worth the effort! Ingredients: *Cake Batter: 200g Cake Flour 120g Sugar 120g Butter (2 tbspoons) 100ml egss (2 eggs) 150ml Soy Milk 200g Cocoa Powder 1/2 tspoon baking powder *Chocolate Chantilly Filling: 200ml Heavy Cream sweetened 200g Chocolate Powder *Thick Chocolate Topping (Ganache): 200g Condensed Milk 240g Chopped Chocolate Bar 2 tbspoons Soy Milk 50g Chocolate Powder 1 tbspoon Butter How to do: *Cake Batter: 1- Separate egg yolks from whites in different bowls. 2- Mix egg yolks with all butter and half of the sugar (60g). Beat well until white cream and soft mixture. 3-Beat egg whites first, until bubbles come in. Next add little by little what's rest of sugar (60g) until desired white and fluffy mixture. Then let set in the fridge for better results. 4-Shift Cake flour together with the Cocoa powder. Then add to the dry mix the baking powder. 5-Add 75ml of Soy Milk to the dry mix shifted. Mix well until combined. 6- Add the egg yolk mix (second stage on this list). Mix well until it's all combined. 7-Add what's rest of Soy Milk (75ml) to it. Mix well until everything is homogeneous. 8- Gently add little by little the egg white mix (third stage). Don't mix quickly, otherwise the bubles will disapear and the fluffiness too.So don't rush. 9- Pour the Cake Batter to a rectangle sheet (A bread one). 10- Bake it in a pre-heat oven on 180°C for about 30/45 min. (Make the toothpick test to see if the batter is still raw). 11- When baked, let it cold for about 30 minutes, while that is happening, make the filling mix. *Chocolate Chantilly Filling: 1-Add to the sugared heavy cream the chocolate powder. Beat well until soft peaks are formed. Let it cool in the fridge when it's done. *Thick Chocolate Topping (Ganache): 1- Chop in fine pieces the chocolate bar. 2- Put in a pan the chopped chocolate bar plus the Soy Milk, Condensed Milk and Butter. 3- Mix well on a medium heat until everything is combined. 4- Add the cocoa powder to it, and mix well for about 8 minutes or so. 5- When the topping boils, mix well for about one minute and then turn off the oven. Let it cool for about 30 minutes. *All together: 1- Cut the cold cake in half. Do it gently, firstly don't go too deep, just make a superficial cut, then by last you cut it all (This helps the cake to be straighten cut). 2- On the bottom side of the cake, make superficial cuts and moist with Soy Milk touch. 3- Add gently the filling to the cake, make a generous filling. Try to make it in a rectangle way, always shaping up. 4- On the top part of the cake, make the same process of moisture like the second stage. 5- Put the top part of the cake on top of the filling part. 6- When everything is straight. Add the thick chocolate topping (ganache) firstly on the top of the cake, then next put it on the sides. Don't rush because this part is kind of difficult. 7-When done, put it on the fridge and let it cool for about 3 hours. 8- Serve it cold and with tea or Soy Milk!!! Enjoy it.
