Turning 30 Days of AI Theory Into a Real System

So here’s where we landed at the end of this mini series. ARIA my local-first personal AI OS is actually alive. It now has a smart router with five reasoning routes, a functioning tool-calling loop, persistent memory across sessions, trace-level observability, and a clean terminal UI. Groq handles the fast routing, and the whole system stays local and private. It’s not perfect yet RAG isn’t wired in, voice is still missing, and memory extraction is manual. But the messy agentic chaos from last week is gone. This foundation is solid. From here it’s just layering features, not rebuilding the core. Will update you after getting something significant done!
