2,785 kilometres over eight days, we're covering three states through the Outback of Australia on this Outback Adventure Ride, ticking off iconic locations starting at Broken Hill into the Flinder Ranges up the Birdsville track, back east to Betoota Pub, down the Strzelecki track to Innamincka and back to Broken Hill. The initial plan is to head out to Cameron's corner and then down south, back to Broken Hill. However, heavy rains going into this event meant the plans would change, but by how much would be the question? The Flinders Ranges have a unique and striking landscape that sets them apart from the rest of Australia. They have some of the oldest mountains in the world, formed over 600 million years ago. Dramatic gorges, rugged peaks, and rolling hills, the region's vivid red and orange hues come from the iron-rich sedimentary rocks.
