If you want to have a rollover system you need to not only have the rollover line going under the tank but also to the other side of the tank The port is on the passenger top and goes under the tank the line needs to continue beyond the tank on the passenger side then to your rollover valve. Preferably in a trunk mounted setup you would have the port on the passenger(etc) side of the tank going over the tank past the drivers side and then through the floor like I have done here. This system is over 3 years old and works flawlessly preventing fumes or issues with fuel starvation. The two outside are lifted during filling to vent the tank once the tank is filled these go back down to a closed position. The 3rd line is the one with the upside down pcv that is normally closed until 3psi is reached then it lets out a few psi always keeping a few psi in the tank. As the tank is drained any vacume will pull open the 2 normally closed pcv's letting fresh air in.
