Ingredients 1 prime or wagyu tomahawk steak Your favorite rub or seasoning Instructions Bring your grill to between 250 and 275 degrees, set up for indirect cooking Season steak well on all sides Place steak on grill and place meat thermometer in the fattest part of the steak Cook until steak reaches an internal temperature of 115 degrees Turn on your infrared sear zone and let come to temp (note: if you are not cooking on a Napoleon, you can achieve this same effect with a cast iron pan or even directly on the grill by getting your grill or cast iron up to 450-500 degrees) Place steak on side burner and cook 1 minute on each side Remove and let rest for 10 minutes Slice and enjoy!
