Intro Clips Let start with design, the Moto G5 plus is the only device with unimetal body from the G series and yes it does look awesome, but I didn't like the dual tone which this smartphone has, thankfully I got this skin from Gadgetshield and damn! It gives a whole new personality to the device! At the front it has a big chin, forehead and this bezel which makes it less appealing. but it all changes as soon as you get into the device, this is by far the cleanest OS i have used on any budget devices. its near to stock android with some moto tweaks for good! like they added the moto assist, which by the way is the only addition to the preloaded apps, This app handles all the Software tweaks, my personal favorite is this one button nav where you not only get extra space on screen but also you can use this gestures on the fingerprint scanner to basically do everything you need to. along with this you have various gestures which, correct me if I'm wrong are present since the Moto G3, You can Shake to turn on the camera, or chop for flashlight and trust me it is useful once you get a hang of it. Moving forward to performance, in my usage I found it quite brilliant. It opens up app very quickly and this is the fastest smartphone when it comes to starting the apps but fails big-time when it comes to memory management. Also regarding the performance I would like to mention that I often noticed that when the smartphone is turned on from an Airplane mode or if I turn on the wifi after a long period it really struggles to keep up with the notifications and hangs from the first week itself which I guess can be solved via software update but there are no updates since 2 months regarding this Talking about the battery, it packs with 3000Mah battery and its decent .....not great but decent enough to last for around 7/8 hours on my usage and trust me I consume a lot of media and my data/WiFi is always on! And yes while talking about media consumption the earphone which come in the box are Fucking stupid! , and talking about speakers again! it has only one speaker at the top and the sound barely reaches your ears!
