GL events UK is no stranger to the education sector and when University of Manchester approached the temporary structures provider, it was a relationship destined for success. This long-established academic institution required supporting infrastructure to accomodate various services associated with its graduation ceremonies, including dedicated spaces for registrations, robing and photography, screening and hospitality. In total, GL events UK supplied four temporary structures to create a Graduation Village for the cohort of 2022. Each facility was inclusive of heating, power distribution, lighting, carpet, linings and luxury toilets, across a combined footprint of 1,890sqm. What's more, installation of all of this infrastructure took the GL events team as little as nine days and only four to remove, ensuring memorable graduation memories for students, with minimal disruption to the client.
