Butter Pav Bhaji is one of the most famous street food of Mumbai which is served with Buttery Pav. ******************************************************************************** Our Channel: / @kirtikannan7481 ******************************************************************************** 3 Simple steps for making Butter Pav Bhaji Step 1: Preparation Pav Bhaji Masala In a pan add butter, onion, ginger garlic, tomato, salt, capsicum than add spices turmeric power, Kashmiri red chilly power and pav bhaji masala sprinkle little water and cook it for 1-2 mins. Here the Masala for our Pav Bhaji is ready. Step 2: Blend of boiled vegetables with Pav Bhaji masala Add mashed potatoes and peas with our Pav Bhaji Masala and add water 3 glass of water then mix well and let it cook for 5 mins. Step 3: Topping Top it with slice of butter and garnish it with handful of coriander leaves and leave it for 2 mins on low flame till butter get melts completely. Here the delicious Pav Bhaji is ready. Ingredients:- Step 1: Butter 25 g (1 slice) Onion - 2 medium size Ginger garlic - 1 Tbsp Tomato - 3 medium size Capsicum - ½ Spices Turmeric power - ¼ Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly - 2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala - 2 Tbsp Salt (as required) Step 2: Potatoes - 3 Peas - ½ cup Water 3 glass Step 3: Butter 25 g Handful of chopped coriander leaves Here the Butter Pav Bhaji is ready to serve with chopped onions, dash of lemon and crispy buttery toasted pav. You can also add extra flour to your Pav Bhaji by topping Paneer, Cheese, fry Peas, Capsicum etc.
