I found Ayutthaya, the second capital city of Thailand just an hour away from Bangkok by road. As a Nepali Hindu, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Ayutthaya was modelled and designed as a city inspired by Lord Rama’s kingdom Ayodhya. Watch my trip from Bangkok to the ancient city of Ayutthaya and mesmerizing temples along the way. Also places that were merely remains, a testimony of a difficult history that the kingdom had to endure in the past.
