This is a young, healthy and otherwise active 67 yo retired construction worker from El Cajon, CA. He has multi-level degenerative disc disease (what I call a cacapoopoo spine), degenerative scoliosis, with L3-4 asymmetric disc collapse and a spondylolisthesis at L4-5 (anterior slippage). He has been suffering with back pain that radiates down the left leg and is struggling simple things like standing and walking.
