Leftover pulao paratha, cooked rice recipes for breakfast, stuffed paratha recipe, chawal ka paratha, leftover rice recipes healthy, paratha from left over rice, breakfast from leftover rice, leftover rice breakfast recipes, masala rice paratha, #LeftoverRecipe #RiceStuffedParatha #MasalaParatha Ingredients for Rice Paratha For Dough: Wheat Flour - गेहूं का आटा - 2 Cup (300 grams) Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp Oil - तेल - 1 tsp For Rice Stuffing: Oil - तेल - 2 tsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, finely chopped Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 1, finely chopped Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/4 tsp Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Rice - चावल - 1 Cup (left over) Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground Dry Mango Powder - अमचूर पाउडर - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala - गरम मसाला - 1/8 tsp Salt - नमक - 1/3 tsp Coriander Leaves - हरा धनिया - 1-2 tbsp How to prepare rice parathas? 1. Take 2 cups of wheat flour and mix 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of oil. 2. Add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. 3. Cover and leave the dough for 20 minutes to set. 4. Heat 2 tsp of oil in the pan. 5. Roast 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds in the oil. Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger and 1-chopped green chili to the pan. 6. Add 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of coriander powder to the pan, and roast briefly. 7. Add 1 cup of leftover rice, 1/4 tsp of red chili powder, 1/4 tsp of dry mango powder, 1/8 tsp of garam masala, 1/3 tsp of salt to the pan, and fry the rice. 8. Add 1 tbsp of water, 1-2 tbsp of green coriander leaves to the rice, and cook for a minute or two. 9. Take the stuffing out on a plate and allow it to cool. 10. Apply a little oil to your hand and knead the dough a little. 11. Take out a portion of dough, make it round and flatten it like peda. 12. Wrap the dough with dry flour and roll it into a 3-4 inch diameter sheet. 13. Apply ghee to the sheet, add 2-3 spoons of stuffing, and close the stuffing by collecting the corners. 14. Press the dough with fingers to increase the size and settle the stuffing insides. 15. Roll out a medium-sized paratha without getting ripped. 16. Heat a Tawa and spread some ghee on it. Add paratha to the Tawa and roast it from below. 17. Flip the paratha, apply oil over the roasted side and roast the paratha from below. 18. Again, turn the paratha around and apply oil over the cooked side. 19. Fry the paratha till golden brown spots appear on both sides. Similarly, prepare all the parathas.
