When I first reviewed Caliban's Hand, for PvE purposes, I did not think it was very good. It required a knife kill to make an ignite happen, but the explosion from the Proximity Knife ended up killing everything around a target anyway, so the ignite was pointless. Bungie went ahead and fixed that and NOW... now we have a build.
