From the early 15th century composer Guillaume Dufay, here is his 3 part chanson Pour L'amour de Ma Douce Amie from the Bodleian Library manuscript GB-Ob MS. Canon Misc 213. Dufay was one of the first Western musicians to be considered a "composer" by occupation. Really considered the start of the early Renaissance, I'm sure there were a few medieval instruments still hanging around that might have accompanied or intabulated it as I've done here. Thanks to Musescore user @BojoPigeon for doing the hard work of putting the Ms into modern notation. Gittern gets the top line, medieval lute gets the bottom 2 voices.
