Onride video with lighting and exterior shots by day and night of the two-story ghost train “Geister Villa” built by Barbisan and run by the showman “Molengraft-Sipkema” at the “Cranger Weihnachtszauber“ 2022 in Herne. The ghost train, built in 1997, has changed hands several times and was called "Dracula Castle" until 2006. Since its last acquisition in 2012, it has been constantly redesigned and expanded. The ride passes some monsters, skeletons, zombies and other ghosts, followed by an upper level outdoor area before descending again. More ghosts follow with pneumatic effects and horrifying noises, which invite you to shudder in the second section of the track and are beautifully designed. Occasionally there are also living ghosts on the attraction, which provide a certain shock effect at the end. As usual, the exterior facade was designed in a very varied way and offers numerous moving figures, which are even wrapped in Christmas decorations at Christmas time. Particularly worth mentioning is the giant monster on the right side of the front, which has been redecorated as a Grinch, as well as a moving skeleton in a pool of water resembling a pool of blood and a three-headed dragon on the left front side, the latter only being activated after inserting a 1-euro coin. Other eye-catchers are two executioners, one of them with a condescending spider, a ghost nun with giant movable fingers, a talking orc above the ticket booth, and a voodoo mask that suddenly and accidentally flips up in the waiting area. There are also movable tombstones, as well as numerous skeletons, ghosts, illustrations, LED and fog effects, which are particularly effective in the dark. Due to the special Christmas lighting, it is particularly worthwhile to visit the ghost train for the "Cranger Weihnachtszauber", which takes place every year on the square of the Cranger fair (Cranger Kirmes).
