The Appreciation Walk is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to shift your energy, ground into the present moment, and strengthen your intuition. As an animal communicator, I’ve seen how quickly appreciation can change the energetic connection between a person and their pet, and open the door to deeper animal communication in everyday life. In this video, I’ll guide you through how to take an appreciation walk with a clear intention: to notice and appreciate what’s around you and what’s already good in your life. You can do this while walking your dog or even walking alone. The purpose is to connect into the feeling of appreciation so you elevate your vibration and become a match for more things to appreciate, creating powerful momentum through the law of attraction and synchronicities. Appreciation also strengthens intuitive skills because it pulls you out of stress, distraction, and mental noise and brings you into presence. And presence is where intuition becomes clearer. When you’re grounded and open, animal communication becomes easier to receive through feelings, impressions, and intuitive knowing. During your appreciation walk, you can appreciate what is already true right now...your animals, your health, nature, your life...and you can also appreciate what you’re calling in as if it is already happening.
