The producers were finally ready to announce the ongoing documentary project publicly at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival. As part of the “coming out,” Christine’s modern Vietnamese restaurant, The Blind Goat, catered two parties in Park City, Utah. It was six days of non-stop cooking, events, media, parties, networking, and literal freezing cold!
