After 2 months, I return.

During a classified operation in Moldova, throughout the months of January and February, to retrieve a kidnapped foreign politician, disrupt, and dismantle a terrorist organization based in Moldova, Army Sergeant First Class Romeo Mariale, Army Staff Sergeant Victor Adkins, and Airforce Technical Sergeant Jack Jackson, were killed in action during follow-on missions and objectives in support of this overarching goal, which eventually lead to mission success. We commemorate these men, who showed no fear, only violence, and action, the basis and making of our duties, while being facing unfathomable odds, in the name of freedom. We acknowledge Technical Sergeant Jack Jackson, specifically, as his heroism and action has showed nothing but courage, as he was killed by an individual with an RPG-7, purposefully body-blocking the blast from his teammates, taking the brunt of it, and ultimately sacrificing himself to save the lives of his friends, and those he called his close family.
