The latest experimental version of No Man's Sky introduced an optimization regarding VRAM usage. This was even on the RTX 4070 with 12GB of VRAM an issue sometimes before this update. With the new update i could significantly increase the graphics settings. Ultra textures are still not possible and playing at 90fps is only working with SSW frame generation always switched on. But if you can deal with SSW in this case, the overall visual quality is excellent. There are some minor performance issues here and there (see 01:07:45), where the VRAM runs out, but it seems that the new version is able to revover, which was not the case in previous versions.
