The Outcast and the Chosen Few gangs have been labeled as "1-percenter" or "outlaw motorcycle gangs" by prosecutors. According to the FBI, these gangs utilize their motorcycle clubs as conduits for criminal activities. The Southeast Georgia Chapter of the Outcast Motorcycle gang is suspected of operating a vast criminal empire spanning multiple counties in Georgia, South Carolina, and even reaching Fort Bragg in North Carolina. State, local, and federal law enforcement agencies collaborated in a comprehensive 13-month investigation, resulting in the seizure of $180,000 in cash, 71 weapons, two motorcycles, and two cars. These efforts culminated in the indictment on May 31, with allegations including 21 counts of violating Georgia's Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, 11 counts of aggravated assault, seven counts of armed robbery, and numerous conspiracy charges.
