Denied Entry to Nicaragua: A Border Journey Like No Other | Tegucigalpa to Managua" In this intense travel vlog, I recount my unforgettable journey from Tegucigalpa, Honduras, to the Guasaule border with Nicaragua. What started as an early morning trip quickly turned into an unexpected and challenging adventure. After a bus ride from Tegucigalpa to Choluteca, I crossed into the Guasaule border and cleared Honduran immigration. But things took a dramatic turn when I arrived at the Nicaraguan immigration office. Despite having all the necessary documentation, I was denied entry without a clear explanation. After hours of questioning, bag checks, and intense scrutiny, I began to suspect that my nationality—Indian—or perhaps my presence as a social media influencer, was the reason for the denial. The situation only became more intense as I was held for over five hours, but in the end, they told me that they don't allow Indian nationals into Nicaragua. Left with no choice, I returned to Honduras to re-enter, but darkness had already fallen. Honduras, notorious for its safety issues at night, especially near the border, posed a whole new set of challenges. With no hotels around and no safe place to stay, I found myself stuck in an unfamiliar, potentially dangerous environment. Fortunately, a few kind local children helped me navigate the border town and eventually find a place to stay. Their kindness turned an otherwise nerve-wracking situation into a touching moment of humanity. This vlog captures the highs and lows of traveling through Central America, the unpredictability of international borders, and the power of human connection in times of need. #centralamerica #nicaraguahondurasborder #nicaragua #honduras
