Fake प्रमाणपत्र | उत्तराखंड प्राथमिक शिक्षक भर्ती में फिर अभ्यर्थियों के प्रमाणपत्रों की जांच |deled ‪@deepsupervision6315‬ शिक्षक भर्ती के सभी अभ्यर्थियों के प्रमाणपत्रों की होगी जांच देहरादून। प्रदेश के सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में सहायक अध्यापक के 2900 पदों पर हुई भर्ती के सभी अभ्यर्थियों के प्रमाणपत्रों की जांच होगी। विभागीय सूत्रों के मुताबिक इस भर्ती में कुछ ऐसे अभ्यर्थी भी हैं। जो उत्तर प्रदेश के मोनाड विश्वविद्यालय से डिग्री के आधार पर नियुक्ति पाए हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश एसटीएफ ने हाल ही में यूपी के हापुड स्थित मोनाड विश्वविद्यालय में फर्जी डिग्री गिरोह का पर्दाफाश किया है। इसमें हजारों की संख्या में फर्जी डिग्री बरामद की गई है। कुछ लोगों को हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की जा रही है। मोनाड विश्वविद्यालय से डिग्री के आधार पर भी कुछ अभ्यर्थी पाएं हैं नियुक्त बताया गया है कि फर्जी डिग्री मामले के तार देश के कई राज्य हरियाणा, बिहार, राजस्थान, हिमाचल प्रदेश, उ उत्तर प्रदेश और उत्तराखंड राज्य से भी जुड़े हैं। विभागीय सूत्र बताते हैं कि उत्तराखंड में हुई शिक्षकों की भर्ती में कुछ अभ्यर्थी ऐसे हैं, जो इस विश्वविद्यालय से बीएलएड डिग्री के आधार पर नियुक्ति पाए हैं, लेकिन बिना जांच के अभी यह नहीं कहा जा सकता है, इनकी डिग्री के फर्जी है या फिर उन्होंने अपनी मेहनत से इसे प्राप्त किया है। गलत दस्तावेजों से नियुक्ति हुई तो डीईओ होंगे जिम्मेदार बेसिक शिक्षक भर्ती में एनआईओएस डीएलएड अभ्यर्थियों के वर्ष 2017 से पहले के टीईटी उत्तीर्ण प्रमाणपत्र शामिल करने का खुलासा होने पर शिक्षा विभाग अलर्ट हो गया। अपर निदेशक-बेसिक शिक्षा पदमेंद्र सकलानी ने बताया कि सभी जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी (डीईओ) को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी के प्रत्येक आवश्यक दस्तावेज को बारीकी से जांच की जाए। यदि भविष्य में किसी अभ्यर्थी का गलत दस्तावेजों के आधार पर चयन होना पाया गया तो उसकी पूरी जिम्मेदारी नियुक्ति अधिकारी के रूप में एनआईओएस अभ्यर्थियों का फर्जीवाड़ा सामने आने पर सख्ती . केंद्र सरकार के निर्देश पर राष्ट्रीय मुक्त विद्यालयी संस्थान एनआईओएस ने वर्ष 2017 से 2019 के बीच अप्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों को 18 माह का डीएलएड डिप्लोमा कराया था। ये शिक्षक वर्ष 2019 में जाकर डीएलएड डिप्लोमा पाने के बाद शैक्षिक योग्यता पूरी कर पाए, लेकिन अभ्यर्थियों ने वर्ष 2017 से पहले के टीईटी पास का सर्टिफिकेट लगा दिया था। Certificates of all candidates for teacher recruitment will be checked Dehradun.
