We have a good day playing outside together until Rafael had a big accident on the trampoline while doing a front flip and landing wrong. I recently found out what the school lunch is like at Rafael's school. We have made a commitment to our family and want to set them up for success in the future. There is a balance here that I want to try to keep, so that it will prevent them from having issues with food, like I've had my whole life.
