Europe's MOST OVERTOURISTY capital EMPTY: after 16 years I finally skated ICONIC AMSTERDAM places

In Feb 2025, it was 5 years ago since the corona time started in Amsterdam. Time for a video which is nostalgic and confronting alike. Just like for any other place on this planet, the city center of Amsterdam was empty during the early pandemic months. This is in sharp contrast to the pre- and post-corona years, where Amsterdam was and is flooded by tourists. The pandemic gave me an opportunity to experience iconic places of Amsterdam by skates in all quietness and within the governmental regulations. These included three places I had avoided for 16 years (Wallen a.k.a. Red Light District, Jordaan, Dam, Kalverstraat, etc), because of too many coinciding technical difficulties. Even without people around, these were still challenging as the beeps in the audio will tell you, but I pulled them off anyway.
