Once the timer goes off, turn OFF the oven and leave the cooked meringues in the oven for 6 hours without opening the door. White buttercream: Beat 1 small container whipping cream. Separately beat 2 sticks of butter/margarine until pale. Add whipped cream to the butter and beat for 5 minutes until fluffy. Slowly add 1 cup of confectioners sugar. Chocolate butter cream: Beat 1 small container whipping cream. Separately beat 2 sticks of butter/margarine until pale. Slowly add 1 cup of confectioners sugar. Add 2 heaping tbsp of cocoa powder and mix until combined. Add whipped cream to the butter and beat for 5 minutes until fluffy. Thank you so much for checking out my channel.
