We spent a full day exploring the ancient city of Ephesus. The city dates back somewhere around 3,000 years and was at it's peak around 2,000 years ago during Roman times. This was the 2nd biggest city in the Roman Empire, exceeded by only Rome itself! It is an incredibly impressive city with beautiful, well-preserved ruins. Next up is Pamukkale which has received A LOT of attention on Instagram in the past several years. Pamukkale literally translates into "Cotton Castle" and is made up of all these white travertine terraces filled with ice blue mineral water. Is it worth the hype?
