Since a couple of weeks I've found some joy in filming again and thought I would make a video out of it. I want to thank you all for hanging around on my YouTube channel and a very special thank you for those who left a comment, a like, or even checked in with me. This made a very big difference in my life and I don't know how to explain. Since my last video diaries my life went pretty much downhill again. It was a very difficult time and there was no space left to be able to film, or even answer your comments. I don't want to go in too much detail about it. Last year I spend a lot of time going to doctors appointments and I found partially answers to some of my more serieus health issues. It has been a lot to deal with. I have since learned that I'm dealing with, not only my autistic burn-out, but also POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), amongst some other things. I've had multiple heart tests, which pretty much found nothing. A MRI came out clear (they thought I might have MS). After pushing through with a new GP (the other one basically said everything is 'just in my head') I got a referral for the tilt table test, because I thought I might have POTS. This week the results came in and it is indeed POTS. This means that a lot of the time my heart rate is too high being vertical, and we tend to do a lot vertically XD. I need to be horizontal a lot of the time and it depends on the day how much I'm able to do. It attributes a lot to the issues I've reported before during the videos, like fatigue, brain fog, dizziness, shaking and more.. It has been a wild ride and I'm not sure if I will continue filming from now on, or every now and then, I just can't promise these things to you, and I'm sorry for that. At this point I've found more answers, which I'm happy about, but this all still needs to land. Please know that you don't have to worry about me, I'm with the right doctors now, and my support system is better than before. Also; I deleted all of my post on IG because of meta ai. I didn't want them to use my info.. suddenly it felt very private. I hate it and I'm so sorry.
