This '70's Sharma 5000, designed and patented by Keith Hitchcock in England - more at Wikipedia: http://bit.ly/Z43iRQ , runs on 220V and includes a converter. It expects same the same nine-pin amphenol connector that Leslies use, but I added a footswitch for those of us modern guys who like to stay totally in the 1/4" line level world. Plug in your synth, stage organ, or guitar - Wah-lah - you're rotating; no additional pre-amp needed. Sharma has dual hi-power upper drivers that scream, and a 15" bass driver - all by Celestion. Power amp includes bass, treble, and level adjustments. Includes the 220V/110V converter, a custom blue-LED footswitch with 5 meter cable, and custom adapters to send the footswitch signal down XLR cables or an audio snake - - user can switch rotation speeds on the Sharma in an isolation closet 50 meters away. Cool!! Hear Leo play a Hammond XB-5 organ through this Sharma - and compare its sound to a Leslie 145 and a Motion Sound KBR-3D: http://bit.ly/10IWxoG ; hear Sharma at 5:09. [ Hey - this Sharma may be for sale in Kansas City, Mo. USA!! ] (the BitLy short links may not show up on mobile devices - sorry :: long links are: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sharma_s... & • .: Triple Hammond/Leslie Shootout in Kansa... )
