Have you ever tried listening to LSD:DE's soundtrack in the background, interested to hear it all, only to find that you promptly go insane due to the 3 minute repetitive chaos? If so, odds are you're very familiar with the first 5 songs, maybe the first few areas. But what about the other 400 songs? This video aims to make every single song accessible in even one listening. Existing OST playlists would last for 24 hours if played continuously! This playlist cuts right to the chase, omitting any repeats or loops, playing each song only once. This just so happens to come out to... 69 Minutes. I did not pull any tricks to get this number. That's just the actual duration of the OST. Some areas have missing patterns, which are just silent in-game. When this is the case, the missing pattern's letter will be 'redded' out on the graph. Original OST upload by @kabumek: • LSD: Dream Emulator Soundtrack (Nothing wrong with the 3 minute looping version. Just hard to listen to all of it) Per-area OST uploaded by @MenderMan ripped by DeeDyne: • LSD: Dream Emulator OST (Used for this project. Without this, extracting each song would have been a nightmare) Download the OST with each song separated: (Working as of d/m/y 1/7/24, ask if it's down) https://fastupload.io/aa02ada87a211b7f (Extracted by me for this project. Make your own version if you want, like all the ambient tracks without loops) Programs Used: Audacity (Audio editing) DaVinci Resolve (Video editing) GIMP (Image editing / exporting) psxfin (PS1 Emulator to get a few of my own screenshots. So many areas in this game are so rare and or tiny that there were only a handful of screenshots out there) Cheat Engine (To corrupt the game for some more... interesting images. In hindsight I may have gone a little too far with the ratio of normal to corrupted screens) 00:00:00 - Bright Moon Cottage 00:03:24 - Pit & Temple 00:11:29 - Kyoto 00:15:13 - The Natural World 00:18:55 - Happy Town 00:24:42 - The Violence District 00:35:51 - Moonlight Tower 00:39:41 - Temple Dojo 00:45:13 - Flesh Tunnels 00:49:19 - Clockwork Machines 00:52:47 - Long Hallway 00:58:05 - Sun Faces Heave 01:02:16 - Black Space 01:06:03 - Monument Park Loopless Soundtrack Digest (Obligatory LSD acronym...)
